Please read this Refund/Guarantee Policy carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using any Programs, Products, or Services from Iron Curves (“Company”, “we”, “our”).

“You” refers to any purchaser and/or user of our Programs, Products, or Services.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

Refund & Guarantee Policy

This Policy explains how refunds, guarantees, and cancellations work for all Iron Curves offers. Because our work is digital, time-based, and dependent on your effort and circumstances, we do not offer blanket refunds on every product or service.

Please review the section that applies to what you purchased.


1) Low-Ticket: Iron Curves – The Power Rebuild

What you’re buying

The Power Rebuild is a 28-day, self-paced digital program delivered via Skool. It includes on-demand lessons, planners, strength-session templates, and access to a private community.

30-Day “Love It Or It’s Free” Guarantee

Your purchase of The Power Rebuild is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Here’s how it works:

The guarantee window is 30 days from your purchase date.

If you’re not satisfied with the program, email [email protected] with the subject line “Power Rebuild Refund” within 30 days of purchase.

Include:

-The email you used at checkout

-Your purchase receipt or date

-A brief note about why the program wasn’t a fit for you

If you contact us within that 30-day window, we will refund your full Power Rebuild purchase price. Your access to the program and community may be removed as part of processing the refund.

After 30 days:
– No refunds are provided for The Power Rebuild after the 30-day window has expired.
– You may keep any downloads you’ve already saved.


2) Subscription: Iron Curves Project

What you’re buying

Iron Curves Project is an ongoing membership/coaching program with recurring billing (weekly or monthly), training delivered via app/portal, and community access as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel future renewals at any time using the customer portal link in your receipts, or by emailing [email protected] with at least 3 business days’ notice before your next billing date.

When you cancel:

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

No further renewals will be billed after your cancellation is confirmed.

We do not backdate cancellations. If you forget to cancel before your billing date, that payment is still owed.

Refunds

All subscription payments (weekly or monthly) are non-refundable once processed.

No refunds or partial refunds are provided for:

-The current billing cycle

-Unused days or sessions

-Failure to use the membership, missed trainings, or change of mind

If a payment fails, the system may retry automatically. Your access may pause until payment succeeds.


3) Power Strategy Call

What you’re buying

The Power Strategy Call is a one-time, 60-minute private coaching session typically held over Zoom or Google Meet. This is a strategy-intensive designed to help you map your next 8–12 weeks using the Iron Curves system.

Refunds

Payments for the Power Strategy Call are non-refundable once the call has been completed.

If you no-show your appointment or cancel/reschedule with late notice (see below), the call may be forfeited and no refund will be given.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your call with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time using the booking link provided or by emailing nick@ironcurves.

Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and may be forfeited at our discretion.

If there is a technical issue or emergency on our side that prevents the call from happening, we will reschedule at no extra cost.


4) Iron Curves Executive — 1:1 Coaching & Performance Guarantee

What you’re buying

Iron Curves Executive is a high-touch, 1:1 coaching program, typically structured as a 6-month program. It includes personalized training, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, app/portal access, weekly check-ins and adjustments, and priority support as described on the Executive sales page and in your onboarding documents.

Executive is offered with:

-A pay-in-full option

-A monthly payment plan option

-In some cases, an initial deposit to hold your spot

Specific terms, price, and duration will always be shown on your checkout page and/or agreement and control in case of any discrepancy with this general description.

Payments, Term & Cancellations

By enrolling in Executive, you are committing to the full agreed-upon program term (typically 6 months).

Payments (pay-in-full or monthly) secure access to coaching, materials, and reserved time.

Refunds:

All payments toward the Executive program are non-refundable, except as noted in the Performance Guarantee section below.

Early withdrawal (choosing to stop participating) does not automatically cancel or refund any remaining balance owed.

Payment Plans:

For monthly plans, your card will be charged automatically each month for the duration of the agreed term.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date.

Failure to complete payments on time may result in suspension of services and/or removal from the program until payment is resolved.

Deposit Policy (if used)

Where a deposit is offered to hold a spot:

The deposit amount and holding period will be clearly stated on the checkout page or agreement.

Deposits are typically applied toward your total tuition once your next payment is successfully completed.

Deposits are generally non-refundable. If you choose not to proceed, or do not complete the next payment within the specified window, your deposit may be forfeited and your spot released.

Any specific deposit terms shown to you at purchase override this general description.


Performance Guarantee — Iron Curves Executive

We stand behind our coaching. If you complete the Executive program exactly as designed and do not experience measurable results, we will refund your total program investment plus $100.

To qualify, you must meet all of the following adherence requirements for the full duration of the program:

-Activity tracking ≥ 80% in the Client Portal/app

-All payments completed on time (no failed, paused, or significantly delayed payments)

-Nutrition logged for the duration as assigned

-Weekly check-ins completed every week (no missed or chronically late weeks)

-All assigned tasks, feedback loops, and adjustments followed in good faith

-Proof on file stored within your Client Portal, app, and/or check-in logs

How to Request a Guarantee Refund

If you believe you meet the criteria above and did not experience results:

Email nick@ironcurves within 14 days of your program end date.

Use the subject line: “Executive Guarantee Request”.

Include:

-Your full name

-The email used at checkout

-The dates of your program

-A brief summary of your experience and adherence

We will verify your logs, adherence, and progress data. If all criteria have been met and we agree that you did not experience results, we will refund your tuition plus $100 to your original payment method.

Important Notes & Exclusions

The performance guarantee is results-based on adherence. If adherence requirements were not met, the guarantee is void.

The guarantee does not apply in cases including but not limited to:

-New medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations arising after enrollment

-Failure to disclose medical restrictions prior to coaching

-Extended travel without equipment when reasonable alternatives were provided

-Under-reporting, incomplete tracking, or falsified tracking

-Failure to complete assignments, check-ins, feedback loops, or coaching tasks

-Missed or late payments

-Requesting a refund due to schedule changes, life events, or financial hardship

Refunds approved under the guarantee are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you use a financing provider (e.g. Affirm, Klarna, etc.), any interest or fees paid to the lender are not refundable by us.


5) Changing or Canceling Orders

Power Rebuild

As described in Section 1, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Iron Curves Project

You may cancel future renewals at any time.

No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.

Power Strategy Call

Once the call has been completed, all sales are final.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited at our discretion.

Iron Curves Executives

You may choose to stop participating at any time; however, this does not cancel or refund any outstanding balance owed.

Your remedy, if you qualify, is the Performance Guarantee described above.


6) Chargebacks

We are here to help and believe most issues can be resolved with direct communication.

Before filing a chargeback, please email nick@ironcurves so we can investigate and respond.

Filing a chargeback for services or products that have already been delivered, accessed, or partially accessed—without first attempting to resolve the issue with us—may be considered misuse.

Chargebacks may result in:

-Immediate access termination from all Iron Curves programs and communities

-Documentation submitted to the payment processor disproving the claim

-Assignment of the unpaid balance to collections

-Permanent banning from current and future Iron Curves services

Chargebacks must not be used as a substitute for following the refund/guarantee procedures described above.
